Executive Chef Michael Chazen born in Buffalo, NY, was introduced to food at a young age when he and his family moved to Los Angeles, and opened up their own restaurants. It was there that he developed his passion for cooking which propelled him to attend culinary school and complete an ACF apprenticeship in Los Angeles. From there Chef Chazen enjoyed success by catering to a wide range of celebrities on various movie sets throughout Hollywood. Upon returning back to New York, he broadened his talents in various fields, from Kosher Catering to Continental cuisine, as well as being well versed in specialty dietary needs such as Vegan and Gluten Free. Chef Michael enjoys meeting with clients prior to their special event to discuss and create a personalized story within their menu. When he is not in the kitchen, he loves spending time with his loving wife and his twin boys.
